Application Note:
Do not wrap the tape around your entire torso. For tucking, apply from the lower abdomen toward the groin or inner thigh. For chest binding, refer to safety guidelines if you're new to taping.

User Guide
Apply the included nipple guards overyour nipples before taping. Never applytape directly on your nipple skin.
We recommend rounding the cornerswith scissors to prevent peeling and improve comfort.
Tear the backing off one end of the tape and apply about 2 inches to the innerside of your chest. Press gently to activate the adhesive.
Smooth down the remaining part of thetape to secure it and rub to activate theadhesive. Repeat the same process onthe other side of your chest.
